Microlight Weather Links
ALL types of flying are subject to weather. For microlights, we can only fly in Visual Flight Rules conditions. Legally, we must be in sight of the ground (so no flying in cloud), we can only fly in official daylight (half an hour before sunrise until half an hour after sunset) and we must have at least three miles in-flight visibility. As a result, we keep a pretty good eye on the forecasts!

Our operations manual for the Pegasus Quantum also gives 10mph cross-wind and 15mph into wind limits. Although we have flown in much more, we keep to these limits for your safety.
