If you can find the same experience at Strathaven Airfield cheaper elsewhere, just let us know and we will match the price. 

(It's highly unlikely, since we no longer deal with any of the national agencies such as Activity Superstore, Buy-a-Gift or Red Letter Days. We prefer to give that personal touch that only a small business can do.)

Just give a phone with the details within seven days of placing the order and we'll refund the difference.

Our 28-day guarantee means that if you want to change you mind for any reason about your purchase, we will give you a full refund.

We also offer free exchanges up to the purchase value. So if you'd prefer tp fly in one of our light-aircraft style machines, we can just swap. It's free! Exchanges don't extend the original validity and if the new experience is more expensive, you will have to pay the difference.

The UK Distance Selling Regulations - which allow you to return goods bought over the internet or telephone for up to 14 days after you receive them - do not apply to gift vouchers sales since they are a contract for services. But we hope that our 28-day "no quibble" refund policy and our free exchanges will give you greater consumer confidence.

Due to money-laundering regulations, all refunds must be made to the card used for the original payment.
